New Jersey Fall Foliage Colors (Photos In Montville, Fairfield & Lincoln Park, NJ - November 21, 2007)
I wandered around some suburban towns with wooded areas in northern New Jersey and came up with some colorful photos.
The adjacent picture is the view of Passaic River as I stood on the Horseneck Road bridge.
Bright foliage in Montville, New Jersey.
I spotted this eye-catching line of trees with red foliage. Nice!
At first I thought the powerlines took away from the photo, but after a second look, I think it works well with the overall suburban theme.
Bright yellow foliage on a tree on the edge of the Pompton River in Lincoln Park.
The Kyocera office building in Fairfield had some very pretty red foliage out front.
Across the street was a small park with two downright stunning photos of an array of fall colors.
And to think these photos were taken the day before Thanksgiving!
Where I live in the Rocky Mountains, the autumn foliage season ends in its entirety by mid-October!
