Autumn Colors Surround Colorado Jeep Road
I thought this photo of a jeep road near the Boss Lake Trailhead (near Ski Monarch) was worthy to
put on this web site. It was early October and Colorado's high country was near the tail
end of its fall colors display. Ah, but on this day, the sun kept things unusually warm and it was such a beautiful day.
I've never been much of a 4-wheeling jeep type, but man, I saw some very interesting trails in this region.
You can click the photo above to see a much larger version of it. Hopefully the picture quality is good enough to really give you an idea of how colorful it was in person.
